Maker's Mark Cellar Aged is the distillery's first older expression, blending 11-, 13-, and 14-year-old bourbons aged first in traditional warehouses then finished in a LEED-certified limestone cellar, resulting in a richer, more complex flavor without bitterness. The 2025 release is bottled at cask strength and features notes of dark brown sugar, caramelized oak, baked apple, creamy fudge, toasted almond, ripe dark cherry, butterscotch, orange zest, and soft baking spice.
