Selected from barrels aged in cooler, more humid parts of the rickhouse, this high rye mash bill yields classic vanilla and spicy cinnamon character. After more than 2 years in a #4 charred oak barrel, the straight bourbon whiskey is finished in a solera barrel where it is married with bourbons of older age.
