A 6-year-old single barrel bourbon that pays homage to the retired Cold Spring Distillery. This historic distillery was located on the property where Log Still Distillery stands today. The bourbon features notes of fresh-cut oak, English toffee, cola spices, sweet toasted coconut, bold spice, clove, nutmeg, allspice, coconut, apple, vanilla, caramel, rye spice, and warm oak tannins.
