Peerless Toasted Bourbon is initially aged approximately 5 years in a char level 3 barrel to develop caramel, brown sugar, and toffee, then finished in a medium-toast barrel to add honey, vanilla, toasted spices, and chocolate. Bottled at barrel proof, never chill-filtered.
