The second release in our Experimental Series, No. 002 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in casks that previously held Four Roses Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey. A blend of OESQ and OBSK recipes, aged 6 to 8 years and finished for up to nine months, this expression offers a distinctive balance of natural honey sweetness, floral undertones, and warm spice.
